Job Title: NDT Supervisor Level III
Location: QATAR
Job Type: Long Term Contract


POSITION DESCRIPTION

Primary responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will provide supervision, direction, and leadership through example for the&nbs p;department.
Will support management of inspection programs.
Will carryout/execute Inspection/Tests.
As an NDT Supervisor you will coordinate activities of all NDT personnel.
Capable to provide advice in the field of failure analysis.
Must be knowledgeable about the identification and classification of various types of damage and be capable of discerning acceptable conditions.
Will manage scheduling to ensure efficient and timely flow of product through the department.
Will ensure that the inspection documentation and Kept up to date in SAP system.
Maintain a wareness of equipment condition, notifying Maintenance Manager of items requiring attention, and executing those actions necessary to maintain safe and effective equipment.
Coordinate and provide training of personnel. Perform or coordinate Safety and Human Resource functions as appropriate within department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate should have diploma in engineering or equivalent.
At least 10+ years experience in the inspection and testing of in-services oil and gas related equipment and facilities, both onshore and offshore.
Hands on Expe rience with oil and Gas Static Equipment.
ASNT/PCN level-III at least in 3 methods and CSWIP3.2 certification required.
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Should be fully conversant with MS Office.
Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment
