Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance control, to all pressure vessels manufacturing system, reaches the relative law, regulation and company's standard’s requirement.
- To supervise the ISO9001 internal audit system, make improvement of quality system.
- To be responsible for product quality plan to full reach the drawing, code & specification.
- To be responsible of handle with Non-conformance system and the delegation to approve the deviation.
- To be responsible of pressure test procedure preparation.
- To coordinate the inspection activity from authority or client’s inspector.
- To provide kinds of training to inspectors to develop their skills & understanding of the company specification.
- To develop the quality procedure or work process.
- To organize the review to the preliminary design and feedback to design.
- To review and prepare the product dossier for ASME U form & Malaysia’s PV certificate.
- To keep maintenance of QM set & review in SAP.
- To be the duty delegation when Quality Manager absent.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in mechanism, metallurgy or any other discipline.
- Job Incumbent is expected to have background of boiler, pressure vessel & machinery manufacture, or material/welding.
- Job Incumbent is expected to have minimum 5 years work experience in a similar work environment in manufacture facility, with suitable inspection skills.
- This job is expected to have good knowledge of Malaysia/ASME codes & standards relative with boiler, pressure vessel design or manufacture.
- This job is expected to have some knowledge of NDE & welding.
- This job requires sensitive view on quality issue & ability of problem solving.
- This job requires high accountability on performance.
- Formal auditor qualification
