Position Title:

Technical, Assistant

ROLE PURPOSE

Support Operations and Facilities & Engineering Department to assist M&R, AIMS and RBI teams in planning, monitoring and coordinating relevant activities, for example, track timely execution and completion of the inspection and maintenance activities, final records and prepare technical report regarding status of reliability and integrity of all facilities to meet performance and quality objective.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Administrator for M&R (and SAP Plant Maintenance) initiative in terms of documentation compilation and updating:

- Tracking of overall M&R schedule & progress,

- Updating Maintenance strategies, Performance Standards and Maintenance Philosophy records,

- Assist implementation of Marshall Institute recommendations,

- Track SCE Deviation Register,

- Track Maintenance Strategy compliance records,

- Collate the latest Carigali Hess specification and other international specification & codes.

Administrator for the RBI and AIM program:

- Keep the software updated with the latest patch and version.

- Responsible to record and upload results of inspection which includes inspection data, inspection reports into the Risk Based Inspection (RBI) and Asset Integrity Management (AIM) software.

- Keep up to date record of AIM/RBI program and monitor the closeout of inspection and maintenance activities on a timely manner.

- Prepare weekly and monthly technical reports and deliverables from the AIMS and RBI tool.

- Query information and data from AIM and RBI program.

- Assist RBI engineer to prepare work packs for the inspection program execution and create asset report.

- Support QA/QC team in identifying engineering documents such as equipment GA Drawing, P&ID, Isometric drawings, etc for RBI and AIM implementation and upload the documents in the required software application.

MAJOR CHALLENGES

DIMENSIONS

- Simultaneously managing work priorities and technical support requirements between the different groups in POD.

- Short timescale for M&R team work plan including compilation of all relevant maintenance strategies documentations.

- Assist respective engineers to monitor the completion of the inspection activity within the given schedule by monitoring contractor work progress and reporting.

- Managing and administrating newly installed RBI and AIMS software.

- Implementation of new work processes and systems (SAP).

QUALIFICATIONS

COMPETENCIES

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma with minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry.

- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office, preferably with SAP experience/knowledge.

- Preferably have prior working experience on Risk Based Inspection (RBI) tool or Asset Integrity Management (AIM) Tool.

- Familiar with Engineering and Inspection Terminology.

- Familiar with retrieving of information from EDMS, mechanical catalog and P&ID.

- Possess basic ability to read Engineering Drawing such as GA Drawing, Isometric Drawing, etc.

- Capable of interacting effectively with other discipline engineers and with other departments such as Projects and Operations.

- Good communication skills and good command of English.

- Good documentation tracking and compilation skills.

- Able to coordinate and work independently as well as with little supervision.

- Highly motivated, disciplined, result-oriented and excellent team player.
