2. PIPING SUPERVISOR

Experience to Piping Plant construction activities.
Familiar with piping components and development of material specification.
Able to perform layout design and prepare GA, Isometric & Pipe support drawings.
Knowledge of PDS 3D will be a strong advantage.
Understand test package document such as ASME, Test Block Diagram, ISO drawing, Calibration Record for Pressure Gauge.
At least two years' experience of piping pressure test inspection.

3. QC DOCUMENT CONTROLLER/CONSTRUCTION CLERK
SPM holder with minimum 3 years working experience.
Computer literate and have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be familiar with QC requirements.
Dependable and result oriented.

4. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR
Technical qualification of HND technical qualification or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
Fully conversant in the installation and maintenance requirement for certified EX EQUIPMENT used in hazardous area.
Minimum 6 years of working experience in construction supervision work.
Computer literate and able to communicate in English.
Experience in building electrical and power supply work.
Have experience in construction quality control and HSE requirement.

5. QA/QC MANAGER - CIVIL
Possess a recognized degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience in QA/QC environment ISO 9001:2000 and implementation of QMS.
Familiar with the requirement of International Codes and Standards such as ASME, ANSI, API and BS.
Exposure to Petrochemical Plant Construction.
Experience in developing Project Quality Plan, Work Method Statement and ITP;
QC job responsibility in multi-disciplined field inspection work in construction work.

6. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR
Possess certificate/diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years working experience in equipment inspection and supervision for mechanical equipment installation work.
Good written skills and communicate well in English.
Good knowledge/ experience on mechanical drawings, specification and procedure.
Experience in supervision of M&E works will be an added advantage;

7. STATIC/ROTATING EQUIPMENT SUPERVISOR

9. HSE OFFICER
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Must be registered with DOSH or to those who has attended SHO training by NIOSH and passed SHO examination by DOSH.
Well versed with Malaysian legislation such as OSHA 1994,FMA 1967, EQA 1974 etc;
At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specializing in Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.

10. INSTRUMENT SUPERVISOR
Possess diploma/ degreein Instrument or equivalent.
Minimum 6 years working experience in construction supervision work.
Able to manage, organize and oversee the daily work at site.

Strong coordination skills for interfacing work with other work discipline.

1. SENIOR PROCESS ENGINEER - Code: K05
Requirements:
Possess a recognized degree in Chemical Engineering/Petroleum Engineering with minimum 6 years working experience.
Knowledge in preparation of Process Flow Diagram (PFD) with material & energy balance.
Knowledge in preparation of Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID).
Knowledge in preparation of Data Sheets furnishing process data.
Able to conduct Hazop and perform process studies and optimization.
Experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning execution work (inclusive development of procedure and schedule).

2. PIPING ENGINEER - Code: K22 / SENIOR PIPING ENGINEER - Code: K01
Requirements:
Possess a recognized degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with 4 years working experience for Piping Engineer.
Possess a recognized degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 8 years working experience for Senior Piping Engineer.
Well versed in ANSI, ASME, API & NACE Codes related to piping.
Ability to perform piping calculations (wall thickness, branch reinforcement, stress analysis).
Familiar with piping components and development of material specifications.
Able to perform layout design and prepare GA, Isometric & Pipe support drawings.
Knowledge of PDS 3D will be a strong advantage for Piping Designer position.

3. SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER - Code: K31
Requirements:
Possess a recognized degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 years working experience.
Familiar with all electrical design works and systems such as HV, LV , ELV, Lightning Protection, Cathodic Protection etc.
Job Description:
Preparation of SLD, layouts, Schematic Diagram.
Develop engineering documents such as calculation, specification, requisition, bid evaluation and others.
Coordination with other disciplines and liaison with authorities, consultant and vendors.
Reporting to Electrical Section Head and Project Manager.

4. MECHANICAL ENGINEER - Code: K24
Requirements:
Possess a recognized degree in Mechanical Engineer with minimum 3 to 4 years working experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical or related industry.
Knowledge of static/rotating equipment.
Knowledge in preparation of Datasheets, Specifications, Technical Requisition and Vendor Technical Evaluation.
Relevant knowledge in API, ASME, TEMA, NACE & ISO Codes.
Vendor data/design/drawing review.
Construction site experience is an added advantage.
Preparation of technical and commercial proposal.
Relevant site experience in installation, supervision, trouble shooting, inspection and testing.

5. M & E ENGINEER - Code: K19
Requirements:
A recognized degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 4 to 5 years working experience.
Good knowledge in local and international codes and standards..
Work experience within a consultancy environment or building Industry.
Relevant experience in supervision of M&E construction works.
Hands-on exposure in :
Detailed design of HVAC and fire protection.
Waste water/Oily water system.

6. API-650 TANK ENGINEER
Requirements:
Possess degree in Engineering or its equivalent with minimum 6 years working experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
Familiar with tank fabrication and erection work.
Able to perform design calculations and produce tank fabrication drawings
Knowledge in API-650 Codes and Standards is required..
Able to lead Subcontractor in executing construction Tank Work in accordance to quality and work schedule requirement.
Having good in work planning, control and supervision work.

7. PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE - Code: K13
Requirements:
Possess a recognized Diploma in Engineering or business management fields.
Candidate with at least 5 years of procurement & purchasing experience.
Experience in desk expediting and shop visit expediting.
Good negotiation skills is necessary to diligently source for quotation and negotiate with vendors/suppliers.
Working knowledge of international sourcing will be an added advantage.
Experience in INCOTERMS, import taxation, export duties and custom clearance.
Experience in dealing with MOF, MIDA, Custom tax exemption matters and Ministry of Finance.

8. QA/QC MANAGER - CIVIL MECHANICAL - Code: K36
Requirements:
Posses Degree in Civil/Building/Mechanical or other Engineering Field.
Minimum 10 years QA/QC working experience in QC Inspection work for Civil, Structure Infra Work and Mechanical/Tankage will be required.
Knowledge and exposure in design work for Civil&Structural and M&E work will be added advantage.
Knowledge in WPS,PQR,WPQT for Mechanical Work is mandatory required.

Plant Inspectors / Inspection Engineers for Shutdown Project in Qatar

We are looking for candidates in following categories for 5 week shutdown project in Qatar starting December 2011.

Plant Inspector

Candidate shall have at least five (5) years of current work experience and any two of API 510/570/653
Certification.
He should be conversant with ASME Sec.V, ASME SECVIII, ASME B 31.3 Codes and applicable API
Codes.
Skilled in use of CIMS and MS-Office software and must demonstrate good communication skill in English

• perform inspection of plant equipment and offshore facility during normal operation and shutdowns in compliance with Company's inspection policy, recommended practices (RP) and the guideline of API Codes and Standards
• Review the results of non-destructive testing on piping and equipment.
• Review the results of hardness tests, ID/OD measurements using callipers.
• Review the result of NDT inspection of tubes.
• Witness hydro and pneumatic tests.
• Witness setting of PSV, if assigned by Company.
• Prepare inspection reports with recommendations for approval of Company.


Inspection Engineer

Candidate should be BE / B Tech with at least 5 years experience in Oil & Gas

• Inspect equipment, piping and structures (internally and externally) such as heaters, pressure vessels, fin-fan coolers, boilers, heat exchangers, storage tanks etc. for corrosion and deterioration and assesses the integrity of the equipment.
• Analyse the condition observed and recommend appropriate repair/remedialaction as necessary.
• Prepare inspection work lists for necessary repairs/works for the inspected equipment based on its condition.
• Prepare inspection reports which should include details of all observations (as opened and after cleaning), repairs carried out and recommendations for future corrective/remedial actions. Inspection work lists and inspection reports should be to high professional engineering level.
• Check the condition of safety relief valves, prescribe repairs as required, and witness pressure setting of safety valves.
• Check QA/QC of repairs, capital projects, BMRE works etc for compliance with Company ITP, referred standards and codes.
• Witness hydrostatic and pneumatic tests of equipment and piping.
• Determine appropriate painting/coating scheme for pipelines, structures, equipment and tanks and give recommendations to Company about selection of systems and procedures for quality control.
• Occasionally inspect paint condition and conduct quality control checks for painting jobs.
• Supervise assigned inspectors.
• Develop welding procedures specifications and qualifications thereof.Conduct tests to qualify welders in compliance with ASME Sec. IX.
• Interpret radiographic films and other NDE data and initiate required reports and certificates.
• Carry out any similar or related jobs as directed by supervisor.

The responsibilities of HSE Inspector position will include but are not limited to the following:

NDT Inspector - Malaysia

The responsibilities of NDT Inspector position will include but are not limited to the following:

• The Scope of Services shall cover but not limited to the provision of following:
  a) Review all NDT procedures and assist in approval.
  b) Ensure NDT operators are qualified, certified and competent to do the job. Ensure the equipment is suitable for the job, calibrated
  and in good condition.
  c) Monitor the performance of NDT activities including interpretation of results.
  d) Verify NDT works by audit if required.

Summary of position

This individual will work with a team of IS personnel responsible for day to day Windows Desktop support in the appointed country of employment. The incumbent will be expected to provide direct `hands-on' support to the general user community as well as providing guidance to other members of the support team namely Geosciences systems, technical application support, Infrastructure support, information and data management functions.

The incumbent along with the IS Service Delivery Team Lead (ISDLT) will be responsible for IS service delivery across the region and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained and improved.

The individual will oversee performance, availability and reliability of all Windows desktops, blackberry, phones (desk and mobile), printers, digital senders, door access system, office CCTV in the country of support and other operational sites and will also work as part of the winder IS team to help diagnose and resolve any network and/or server issues.

The individual must have a high degree of customer focus and accept ownership of problems. Where a problem cannot be resolved directly it should be coordinated through to successful resolution by calling on other members of the IS support organization, IBM Service Desk or external resource as required. At all times good communication with the customer should be maintained to ensure they are aware of progress.

The IS Service Delivery Analyst will also assist in the identification and implementation of best practice desktop support. This will include:

• Effective fault tracking procedure using the company helpdesk system
• Sharing of workload across the support team
• Use of remote support technology for locations where no onsite IS support is available
• Sharing of knowledge/information and collaborate with team across the region

Core Responsibilities

• Provide desktop/PC support in the country or location of first instance support
• Provide first level support for other IS functions in region such as network, voice, server etc. Coordinate callout of more technical resource where required.
• Provided performance, availability and operability of user based equipment such as desktops, laptops, blackberries, phone (desk and mobile), printers and digital senders
• Maintain and ensure availability and operability of public amenities system like door access system, office CCTV and meeting room equipments.
• Provide reactive problem management and proactive problem analysis.
• Provide appropriate problem status reporting to the IS Service Delivery Team Lead
• Work as part of a global IS team to ensure that corporate standards are adhered at all times
• Assist in IS project activity as required – e.g setup of new operational sites, infrastructure implementation and major software upgrades etc.
• Provide backup support and coordination for regional sites.
• Maintain hardware inventory and be directly responsible for the IBM IMAC (install,, maintain, add and change) process
• Ensuring all support calls are logged in the helpdesk system and provide monthly analysis of issue trending to the Information System Manager and ISDLT
• Assist in coordination of desktop related projects like desktop refresh, office relocation and other IS project implementation
• Assist in providing support for IS systems, voice and data communication at Shorebase, onshore and offshore drilling sites.
